For owners' associations (VvE) and property managers, painting is plannable maintenance: a fixed cycle per facade, one point of contact and a report per round — often laid down in the long-term maintenance plan (MJOP).
Contract work is priced per m²: expect € 20 to € 40 per m², depending on volume, height and condition. Larger volumes mean sharper rates than one-off jobs.
